Orders under $250 must be paid in full. Orders over $250 require a $150 non-refundable retainer.
*Please be advised that baked goods may come in contact with or contain peanuts, tree nuts, strawberries and other allergens.*
*Additional charge for edible image, fondant decoration, florals, cake topper, specialty flavors, fillings etc*
Order Timeline & Rush Fee
All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before your event.
Orders placed within 14 days of the event will incur a rush fee to accommodate the shortened timeframe.
Retainer & Payment Terms
• A $150 non-refundable retainer is required for all wedding cakes to secure your date.
• For orders under $250, full payment is due at the time of ordering.
• For orders over $250, a non-refundable retainer is required and the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being issued for orders under $250. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be canceled.
Payment Method
Payments are accepted via invoice through the website only.
Refund Policy
If you need to revise your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate the change at no additional cost, provided reasonable notice is given and the new date is available.
However, availability is not guaranteed.
If we are fully booked for your new date:
• The retainer will not be refunded
• All monies paid remain non-refundable and non-transferable
