*Please be advised that baked goods may come in contact with or contain peanuts, tree nuts, strawberries and other allergens.*

Payment & Booking Information

  • Orders under $250 must be paid in full

  • Orders over $250 require a $150 non-refundable retainer

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

*Additional charge for edible image, fondant decoration, florals, cake topper, specialty flavors, fillings etc*

Order Timeline & Rush Fee

  • All custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your event date.

  • Orders requested within 14 days of the event are subject to a rush fee, based on availability and order complexity.

  • Rush orders are not guaranteed and are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Retainer & Payment Terms

Wedding Cakes

  • A $150 non-refundable retainer is required for all wedding cakes to secure your event date.

Custom Orders Under $250

  • Full payment is due at the time of ordering.

Custom Orders Over $250

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date.

  • The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Invoices

  • Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being issued to avoid cancellation of the order or release of the date.

    **These policies allow me to give each order the time, care, and attention it deserves.

Payment Method

Payments are accepted via invoice through the website only.

Refund Policy

If you need to change your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate the change at no additional cost, provided reasonable notice is given and the new date is available. Availability is not guaranteed.

If we are fully booked for your new date:

  • The retainer will not be refunded

  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable
